While we do our best to keep things speedy, please note that shipping may be delayed during holiday periods or due to adverse weather conditions. We are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates as we have no control over the postal system or delays once your item has left our hands, but we will get your items out the door as quickly as we can! We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
In the event of such an incident, you are required to contact us at hello@partylyfe247.com to initiate an investigation. To process your claim efficiently, please include a photo of your item if it was damaged.
Return Policy
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. You must contact Party Life within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds will be issued less shipping charges once items have been received and verified.
Please note: We are unable to accept cancellations for orders that have already been sent to production.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, it is best to reach out directly to your local post office with the tracking number- they log the GPS details of where it was delivered so they can help better than I can. They can also speak directly with your carrier to help locate it.
We also suggest checking with a neighbor where it may have accidentally been delivered, or with other family members who may have received it in your house. In our experience, packages surface within a day or two.
Ultimately, it is the post office's responsibility to locate your package. If they are unable to help you locate it, you will have to file a lost mail claim with them directly. If you have purchased Shipping Protection, you are required to contact us at hello@partylyfe247.com to initiate an investigation.
For packages that are lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we'll happily send a replacement at no cost. Refunds are not offered for lost packages.

Estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout based on your location in relation to our shipping facilities.
During the holiday season, processing may take an additional 1-2 days depending on your order size.

Some products may ship separately due to packaging requirements. You will receive a separate shipping email and tracking number for each package.

If your order has not yet been processed, we can make the adjustment on your order so please let us know as soon as you see that it needs to be adjusted.
If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, we are unable to do anything to correct the address. If you have a forwarding address setup with your local post office your package should forward to your new address, but this is outside of our control.
*We are unable to refund or resend any packages that have been sent to the wrong address or are unable to be delivered. Please review your shipping details before submitting your order to avoid any delays or issues.*

If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the package resent. If you refuse to pay for reshipping, a 50% restocking fee will be applied and shipping fees remain non-refundable.
Charges incurred as a result of refused packages will be deducted from any refund owed.
